I keep waiting for the writers to revive him, but so far... I just don't get it. How can they justify keeping Cas around, but not bringing back Bobby? It's not that I hate Cas, it's that Bobby is so much more important in my opinion.

I know! I'm only have-way through season 7 - but I'm not over Bobby. Probably never will be! I just want him back! I adore Cas, but I know he'll always come back so his "deaths" don't bother me as much. I think they're equally important, just in different ways. And the boys need Bobby. Not that they don't need Cas - it's just different. Bobby is really the closets thing they've ever had to a true father figure and they really do need that.
